777a Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "777a" or "the Platform" means the online casino and sports betting services available at 777a.vu, operated by the 777a group of companies.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the 777a Platform.
• "Player" or "User" means any natural person who has registered an Account on 777a and uses the Platform's services.
• "Balance" means the funds held in a Player's 777a Account wallet at any given time, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin award, deposit match or other incentive granted by 777a to a Player's Account.

• "Prohibited Person" means any individual under 21 years of age, any person excluded from the Platform, or any person accessing 777a from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Registration on the Platform constitutes a declaration by the Player that they meet this age requirement. 777a reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where the age requirement cannot be confirmed to the Platform's satisfaction.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each Player may hold one Account on 777a. Creating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, 777a reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void any pending winnings and forfeit any Balance held in those Accounts without prior notice.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

Players must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering with 777a. Providing false or misleading information, including a false name, date of birth or contact details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. 777a may terminate the Account and withhold any Balance where registration information is found to be materially inaccurate.

2.4 KYC Verification

777a may at any time request Verification Documents to confirm a Player's identity, age, address or payment method ownership. Players are required to provide such documents within the timeframe specified by 777a. Failure to provide satisfactory Verification Documents may result in suspension of the Account, restriction of withdrawals or Account closure.

3. Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their 777a Account login credentials, including their username and password. 777a will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to a Player's Account where that access resulted from the Player's failure to maintain adequate security over their credentials.

Players must not share their 777a Account credentials with any third party. Any person who accesses the Platform using a Player's credentials is deemed to be acting with the Player's authority for the purposes of these Terms. 777a will never request a Player's password via email, telephone or any unsolicited communication. Players who receive such requests should report them to the 777a support team promptly.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

777a accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and credit/debit cards. 777a reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposits and Withdrawals

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by 777a and displayed within the Player's Account dashboard. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change at 777a's discretion.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

777a will process withdrawal requests in accordance with the Platform's standard processing timelines. The Platform aims to process withdrawals promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required verification checks. 777a is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the 777a Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777a does not charge currency conversion fees for Players transacting in PKR.

4.5 Verification Before Withdrawal

777a reserves the right to require identity verification to be completed before processing any withdrawal request. Players who have not completed KYC verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing. 777a may also request confirmation that the withdrawal is being made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name.

5. Bonus Terms and Promotions

777a may from time to time offer Bonuses to Players in connection with deposits, specific game types or promotional events. All Bonuses offered by 777a are subject to the specific terms and conditions associated with each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions and expiry periods.

Players must read and accept promotion-specific terms before claiming any Bonus. Where a Bonus has been credited to a Player's Account in error, 777a reserves the right to reverse that credit without prior notice.

777a prohibits the exploitation of Bonus offers through collusion, use of automated software or any strategy that 777a determines to be designed primarily to extract Bonus value rather than engage in genuine gaming activity. Accounts found to be engaged in such behaviour may have Bonuses voided and Accounts suspended.

6. Gambling Rules and Fair Play

7. Prohibited Activities

• Creating or operating more than one Account on 777a.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering or fraud-related purpose.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with any part of the 777a Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any Game or market.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or malfunctions to generate winnings not legitimately obtained.
• Providing false personal information at registration or during the KYC process.
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of or for the benefit of a third party.
• Engaging in any conduct that 777a reasonably considers to be abusive toward the Platform's support staff or other users.
• Attempting to circumvent any technical or security measures implemented by 777a.

777a reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action — including Account suspension, permanent ban, withholding of winnings and reporting to relevant authorities — where it reasonably suspects any of the above prohibited activities have occurred.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on the 777a Platform, including but not limited to the website design, logos, text, graphics, software, game content and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of 777a or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 777a Platform for personal gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. No other rights are granted. Players must not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any 777a content without prior written permission from 777a.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777a shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising from or connected to the Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data or any other economic loss.

777a does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside 777a's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability of some or all Platform services. 777a shall not be liable for losses suffered as a result of such unavailability.

10. Privacy and Data

777a's collection, use, storage and handling of Player personal data is governed by the 777a Privacy Policy, available at 777a.vu/privacy-policy. By creating an Account on 777a, Players consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. Players are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy carefully before registering.

777a will collect and process Player data as necessary to provide gaming services, verify identity, process payments, comply with legal obligations and, where consented, to communicate promotional offers. Player data will not be sold to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

11. Responsible Gaming

777a is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform offers a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible through the Player Account dashboard.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

777a reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close a Player's Account at any time if 777a reasonably believes that the Player has breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraud or prohibited activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulation.

Upon closure of an Account in good standing (i.e., where no breach or fraud is suspected), any remaining verified Balance will be returned to the Player via the payment method used for their most recent deposit, subject to completion of any required KYC verification.

Players may close their own Account at any time by contacting 777a support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and the Player will be notified of the closure by email.

13. Amendments to These Terms

777a reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be notified to Players via email or a notice on the Platform.
